Back Bay Condo

At less than 500 square feet this small Back Bay condominium needed a serious remodel. Walls were torn down, electrical and plumbing all moved to relocate the kitchen and single bathroom to opposite ends of the unit."Opening up the space made it feel dramatically larger", says Dietz. Sliding glass walls were designed to separate the bedroom from the living areas as well as the bathroom from the main hallway to allow light to enter the windowless room. Handsome neutrals in shades of dark woods and linens were used on the upholstery and custom bedroom headboard storage unit as well as for the kitchen cabinets. A true ugly duckling story.
